We''re currently recruiting for an experienced-Plumber Multi Trader-to join a growing social housing maintenance team. This is a permanent position covering-South East London, South West London, Croydon, Dartford, Brighton, and Kent (when working in an location youll be patched off for the day), carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.

The Role

You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing repairs while also carrying out multi-trade works to support the wider repairs service. The role is customer-facing, so professionalism and excellent communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faults.
• Replace taps, toilets, sinks, baths, pipework, and sanitary ware.
• Complete minor multi-trade works including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating where required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes.
• Complete job reports and paperwork accurately using handheld devices where applicable.
• Work efficiently to meet KPI and productivity targets.

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader.
• Experience working within-social housing-or responsive repairs is essential.
• Strong plumbing knowledge with the ability to carry out basic multi-trade repairs.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
