About the RoleYou''ll bring strong plumbing expertise and a flexible, solutions focused approach to a wide variety of domestic repair tasks. Your work will support both general needs housing and our care and support properties, so experience of working in social housing and engaging with vulnerable residents is an advantage.Your day-to-day work may include:Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues ranging from minor leaks to more complex faults which may includeReplacing toilets, taps and associated fixturesReplacing electric showersWorking on cylinders and related systemsResponding to internal and external leaks, including more significant repairsCarrying out basic joinery tasks to complete jobs to a high standardPatch plasteringTreating damp, mould and condensation where requiredDelivering excellent customer service and clear communication with tenantsWorking independently and contributing to the wider teamWhat You''ll BringExperience ..... full job details .....
