As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in tenanted propertiesRepairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, and pipeworkCompleting basic multi-trade repairs including patch plastering, tiling, and minor carpentryDiagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficientlyEnsuring all work is completed to a high standardDelivering excellent customer service to tenantsWorking across social housing properties in Oldham and surrounding areasTo be successful in this Plumber Multi Trade role, you will need:Experience working within social housing repairsStrong plumbing experience within domestic propertiesMulti-trade experience across maintenance repairsA full UK driving licenceGood communication and customer service skillsIn return, the Plumber Multi Trade will receive: 20 per hourCompany van and fuel cardWeekly payLong-term ongoing workImmediate start availableOpportunity to work with a respected Housing AssociationWe ..... full job details .....
