Plumber Multi Trade

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plumber for a permanent role. This role will be working in residential properties on a fixed site. Undertaking reactive repairs and maintenance works within communal areas and commercial units. Our client is a well-established Property Management company and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. The Role: Complete scheduled plumbing inspections and routine maintenance. Diagnose faults and provide quotes when required. Carry out reactive plumbing work such as leak investigations, water tank cleans, and general repairs. Maintain excellent health and safety standards. Assist with basic multi-trade tasks, including: Minor carpentry repairs (doors, windows) Simple locksmith adjustments Signage installation General ad-hoc maintenance duties Desirable: Experience working in domestic/residential properties or facilities maintenance works Good communication skills with residents Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break Pay: 39,000.00- 42,000.00 per year Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In ..... full job details .....
