Job Title: Plumber Multi TradeJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Property ServicesLocation: OxfordshireHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pmPay Rate: 21.00 - 23.00 per hourWe have an opportunity for a Plumber Multi Trade to join a dedicated property maintenance team for a social housing contractor in Oxford. In this role, you will provide high-quality plumbing and multi-trade services, helping to ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and comfortable for residents.Responsibilities:Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, and pipework.Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall or floor tiling to complete repair works to a high standard.Responding to emergency plumbing situations such as leaks, blocked waste systems, or loss of water supply, ensuring prompt and safe resolutions.Communicating professionally with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works.Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.Using a PDA to manage daily tasks, updates, and job completions.Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual)Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS)Benefits:Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform included as part of the role package.If you''ve previously worked in the social housing environment and meet ..... full job details .....
