You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service and support across social housing properties.Responsibilities:Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, and pipework.Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall or floor tiling to complete repair works to a high standard.Responding to emergency plumbing situations such as leaks, blocked waste systems, or loss of water supply, ensuring prompt and safe resolutions.Operating hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and other relevant equipment, safely and efficiently.Engaging with residents in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and clear communication about repair works.Collaborating with other tradespeople, team members, and contractors to ensure effective service delivery.Maintaining accurate records of work carried out, including materials used and any follow-up actions needed.Requirements:Full UK Driving Licence (manual)City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in PlumbingBenefits:A company vehicle, fuel card, ..... full job details .....
