Job Title: Plumber Multi TradeJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeJob Category: Property ServicesLocation: HarrowHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: 24.00 - 25.00 per hourWe have an opportunity for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade to join a growing housing contractor, working in partnership with Harrow Council and covering Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, and Northolt.Responsibilities:Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance in occupied and vacant properties, including installing and repairing baths, sinks, toilets, showers, taps, and pipework.Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, plaster patching, and wall or floor tiling to complete repair works to a high standard.Responding to emergency plumbing situations such as leaks, blocked waste systems, or loss of water supply, ensuring prompt and safe resolutions.Communicating professionally with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption during works.Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.Using a PDA to manage daily tasks, updates, and job completions.Operating and maintaining tools and equipment responsibly.Participating in a rotational on-call rota to support emergency repairs outside normal working hours.Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual)NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATPBasic DBS CheckBenefits:Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform included as part of the role package.Overtime opportunities ..... full job details .....
