Plumber Multi Trade

Plumber Multi Trade Required - Yeovil and surrounding areas. 

Experienced Plumber Multi Trade required in Yeovil and surrounding areas to work on social housing properties, mainly working on planned works in void properties but you will at times, be working in occupied houses too. Working with a very well liked and reputable maintenance company. 

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity paying £35,000-£36,000 per annum 21 days holiday and van and fuel card. 

Plumber Multi Trade Day to Day:

• All aspects of plumbing maintenance planned works mainly 
• Completing a variety of works in various other trades to get properties ready with main focus on plumbing
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your supervisor
• Getting a property ready for the next tenant 
• Replacing kitchens and bathrooms
• Tiling and painting
• Full property renovations

Plumber Multi Trade Requirements:

• Plumbing qualification or time served
• Good multi trade experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
