£180 - £220/day
We are currently looking for Plumber Multi Trade in the Staines area, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a long term contract position, working on reactive repairs across occupied social housing properties.
As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will receive:
- -180 - -200 a day
- Company van and fuel card

As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will be:
- Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties
- Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Fixing leaks and leak detection
- Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps
- General carpentry repairs, wall tilling, plastering and painting and decorating
As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will need:
- Core Trade in Plumbing
- Proven experience in Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling and Painting and decorating
- Full licence (no more than 6 points)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
