We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to complete responsive repairs in occupied social housing properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties. Diagnose and repair leaks, taps, toilets, basins, waste pipes and other plumbing fittings. Replace faulty fittings and test repairs to ensure everything is working correctly. Undertake basic carpentry repairs to doors, locks, handles and kitchen units. Complete patch plastering and minor making-good work following repairs. Communicate professionally with tenants and keep work areas clean and safe. Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
