Multi-Skilled Technician Plumber Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and Stevenage Salary: £40,090 Full-Time Permanent 39 Hours Per WeekWe are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy Repairs and Maintenance team covering Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, and Stevenage areas. This role involves carrying out responsive plumbing repairs along with a range of general multi-trade maintenance works within occupied residential properties.The successful candidate will be customer focused, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality repairs while working independently and efficiently. There is also a requirement to participate in an out-of-hours callout rota, with additional payment provided.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out responsive plumbing repairs and general maintenance worksComplete multi-trade repairs with a focus on achieving first-time fixesDiagnose faults and resolve issues efficiently within occupied propertiesDeliver excellent customer service when dealing directly with tenants and residentsAccurately complete job records and follow agreed proceduresWork safely in line with Health and Safety regulations and site requirementsEssential RequirementsNVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing or relevant tradeExperience within plumbing, damp and mould works, and general maintenanceMulti-trade experience across domestic repairs and maintenanceAbility to work independently with strong organisational and time management skillsExperience working to ..... full job details .....
