This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong plumbing background who can also undertake a range of associated multi-trade repairs and maintenance works. Experience within social housing, housing association, local authority or property maintenance environments would be highly advantageous. The role profile also highlights fire door maintenance, installations and remedial works as part of the wider service delivery function.
