Plumber Multi / Part P Friday - Monday

Location: South & South East London

Working Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (including Public Holidays when they fall on these days)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader with Part P qualification to join our Emergency Call-Out (ECO) Team covering South and South East London.

The successful candidate will have strong domestic plumbing experience together with the ability to carry out minor electrical repairs and maintenance works. Working within occupied social housing properties, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service while responding to emergency and reactive repair requests.

Essential Qualifications

Applicants must hold:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
• Part P Domestic Electrical Qualification
• Relevant Health & Safety awareness

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader
• Strong domestic plumbing maintenance and repair experience
• Ability to carry out minor electrical repairs, replacements and fault diagnosis
• Experience working within social housing (preferred)
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage emergency call-outs effectively
• Good customer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Attend emergency call-outs within occupied social housing properties
• Carry out a range of domestic plumbing repairs including leaks, pipework, taps, toilets and sanitary ware
• Undertake minor electrical works including replacing accessories, fault diagnosis and electrical repairs within Part P regulations
• Complete reactive maintenance works to a high standard
• Accurately update job information and complete reports using a PDA
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Full-manual driving licence ( Not-Automatic )
• Own tools
• Valid DBS certificate
• Available to work every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, including applicable Public Holidays
• Ability to travel throughout South and South East London
