We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Plumber Multi Trader based in Slough.

Day to Day for Plumber Multi Trader:

• Carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and reactive maintenance in domestic properties

   

• Diagnosing leaks, blockages, replacing pipework, taps, valves, cylinders, and radiators

   

• Basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., tiling, patch plastering, minor carpentry)

   

• Good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants

   

• Using a PDA for job management and reporting

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as:

Plumber, Plumbing Multi Trader, Domestic Plumber, Reactive Maintenance Plumber, Wet Worker, Multi Trade Plumber, Maintenance Operative (with plumbing bias), Social Housing Plumber, Bathroom Fitter, Drainage Engineer, Heating Engineer, or Maintenance Technician with experience working in social housing, domestic properties, council housing, or for housing associations or MOD (Ministry of Defence).
