Job Title: Plumber Multi TraderLocation: Cambridge (Covering Ely, Newmarket, St Neots, Peterborough and Waterbeach)Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company Van and Fuel CardOverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.This is a mobile role covering Ely, Newmarket, St Neots, Peterborough and Waterbeach, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties.Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems.Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required.Undertaking additional multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and decorating where required.Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents'' homes.Managing your own workload and completing jobs within agreed timescales.Taking ownership of jobs from first visit through to completion.We''re Looking For People Who:Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.Deliver ..... full job details .....
