Plumber Multi

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties for an established maintenance contractor in Andover and the surrounding areas.

The role will be mainly plumbing focused, with some multi-trade work involved. The successful candidate will be carrying out reactive repairs across occupied properties and will need to be comfortable working directly with residents.

Duties

• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs

   

• Diagnosing and resolving general plumbing issues

   

• Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks and other sanitaryware

   

• Carrying out general plumbing installations and repairs

   

• Completing minor multi-trade works where required

   

• Making good following repairs

   

• Working to set specifications and maintaining a high standard of finish

   

• Working independently across multiple occupied properties

   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumber Multi

   

• Strong plumbing background

   

• Experience carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance

   

• Own tools required

   

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

   

• Good communication and customer service skills

   

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

   

• Social housing or occupied property experience preferred

• Temp-to-perm position

   

• 3 months initially on a temporary basis

   

• Company van provided

   

• Fuel card provided
