Job Title: Plumber Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: North West London
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Package: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a reputable Social Housing main contractor covering North West London. This is a temp-to-perm position, carrying out day-to-day responsive maintenance and repairs within occupied social housing properties.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing (Essential)

• Previous Social Housing / reactive maintenance experience (Essential)

• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)

• Strong fault-finding and customer service skills

• Experience using a PDA

Key Duties

• Day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance

• Repairing leaks, pipework, taps, toilets, showers and waste systems

• Tap changes, WC repairs/replacements, shower repairs, pipework repairs

• Minor plumbing installations (sinks, basins, radiators)

• Completing basic multi-trade works where required (tiling, sealing, patch plastering)

• Working in occupied properties and liaising with tenants

• Updating job progress via PDA / mobile systems
