The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance works within both occupied and void properties , while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties. Complete associated repair works as required. Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently and effectively. Deliver a high standard of customer service when working in residents'' homes. Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and within agreed timescales. Accurately update job details and work progress using the provided PDA system.
