Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to mechanical and heating, hot and cold water plant, equipment and services.Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installationsstrictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.
