Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems across a variety of sites. Duties include: Installation, servicing, and repair of hot and cold water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, valves, pumps, and associated plant Planned and reactive maintenance, including TMV servicing Water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring and Legionella compliance duties Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing system issues Ensuring all work complies with health & safety, water regulations, and building standards Maintaining accurate records, reports, and certification Liaising professionally with clients and site teams An Enhanced DBS check is required .
