Senior Plumber - Cylinder Manufacturer and Plumbing MaintenanceLead Plumbing and Heating Service EngineerResiding Central Scotland One of the UK''s leading manufacturers of hot water cylinders and thermal storage solutions, are seeking a Plumbing and Heating Field Engineer, to join the engineering team.The RoleBased from home, as a Senior Plumber and Heating Engineer, you''ll provide plumbing diagnostics, repairs, commissioning and maintenance, across a range of products, including unvented and vented cylinders, heat pump systems, and thermal stores.Additionally, we work with the UK''s largest retirement apartment providers, undertaking plumbing maintenance and repair across their residential apartments. This includes unvented cylinder checks and repairs, tap changes, leak reapairs, etc.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair faults on hot water cylinders and related components (immersion heaters, valves, pumps, sensors, controls).Complete planned maintenance, warranty repairs, and product upgrades.Ensure all work meets industry standards and manufacturer specifications.Complete service reports, job sheets, and warranty documentation accurately.Adhere to G3 regulations and all compliance requirements.Provide clear explanations of system operation and maintenance.Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.Share field feedback to support product development.Attend training sessions and keep technical knowledge up to date.Your Skills and ExperienceYou will have ..... full job details .....
