Plumber

Our public sector client are looking for a Plumber on a tempoary basis. Job Purpose To carry out high-quality plumbing repairs and maintenance across CBC properties, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant standards and legislation. Key Responsibilities Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations to a high standard. Support responsive repairs, void property works, and planned maintenance. Work across trades where necessary to meet service demands. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach at all times. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations. Report safeguarding concerns and major variations in repair needs. Maintain accurate records using digital tools (e.g. PDA). Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required. Attend training and toolbox talks to stay updated on best practices. Requirements Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair. Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ or equivalent). Full UK driving licence. Ability to use digital devices to log and manage jobs. Strong customer service and communication skills. Awareness of health and safety and safeguarding protocols. ..... full job details .....
