Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. He should have a strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Maintenance:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains and replacing worn parts.

2. Inspection and Diagnosis:Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues such as leaks, clogs, or damage.Diagnose problems and develop solutions to address plumbing issues.

3. Collaboration:Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to complete projects on time and within budget.

4. Compliance and Documentation:Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards at all times.Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.

Requirements:

1. Experience:Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.

2. Knowledge and Skills:Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Physical Ability:Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights).

5. Availability:Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
