Plumber

We''re looking for 2 x experienced Plumbers to join our Property Team on an full time permanent position in Newbury and Also in Basingstoke . You''ll carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in our properties, ensuring high-quality work and great customer service. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use.

What You''ll Do:

• Repair domestic plumbing installations
• Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, showers, and kitchen sinks
• Fit and repair pipework (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
• Maintain and renew cold water storage tanks
• Install and fix domestic appliances like showers and washing machines
• Work on vented/unvented cylinder heads (HWSS qualified or alternative)
• Carry out general plumbing repairs and maintenance

What You Need:

• Experience: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing OR 5+ years in the trade
• Skills: Strong customer service skills and ability to work in occupied properties
• Health & Safety: Knowledge of best practices
• Technology: Ability to use an iPad or PDA
• Licence: Full UK driving licence
• CSCS Card (Desirable)
