The role will involve planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, installations and repairs, including work within plant rooms. Key Responsibilities Carrying out commercial plumbing installation, maintenance and repair work Working within plant rooms across TfL stations and depots Installing, repairing and replacing commercial pipework systems Working on copper, steel, plastic and other commercial pipework Maintaining and repairing pumps, valves, expansion vessels and associated equipment Installing and replacing sanitaryware, taps, toilets, basins and drainage components Investigating leaks, blockages, pressure issues and system faults Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs Performing basic fault finding on hot and cold-water systems Working on heating, water distribution and boosted water systems Reading drawings, specifications and work instructions Completing work...
