The successful candidate will have strong plumbing skills, good general maintenance experience and, ideally, previous experience working within the  social housing sector . Key Requirements Proven experience as a Plumber / Multi-Trader Previous social housing experience is essential/preferred Strong plumbing and general maintenance skills Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties Good knowledge of health & safety requirements Professional manner when dealing with residents and tenants Full UK driving licence Able to work independently and manage a daily workload Additional Skills – Highly Desirable We are particularly interested in candidates who also have experience with: Cap-and-cove flooring Flooring repairs and installation Basic carpentry Tiling Plastering General property maintenance Candidates with a combination of plumbing, multi-trade and cap-and-cove flooring experience will be highly advantageous.
