Hays are currently working with a commercial client who are looking to bring in a new Plumber to their maintenance team on a permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to work within a prestigious environment, combining heritage architecture with modern facilities.
Your new role
Plumbing repairs and installations
Water hygiene routines (flushing, chemical cleaning, descaling)
Monitoring auto-dosing systems
Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Keeping accurate records and compliance logs
Must be able to work nights & days + some weekends and bank holidays

What you''ll need to succeed
Qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
Experience in commercial or hospitality environments preferred
Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Open to mature learners or improvers looking to grow
