Diagnose plumbing faults and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard. Undertake a range of plumbing maintenance tasks, ensuring work is safe and compliant with relevant standards. Provide a professional and customer-focused service to tenants. Complete work to a high-quality finish, taking pride in workmanship. Work effectively as part of the repairs and maintenance team. Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any further issues identified. Follow health and safety procedures, council policies and safe working practices.
