Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd are looking to hire an experienced Plumber to join our team in Fareham, visiting commercial sites across Southern England. This is an exciting opportunity to join a comprehensive, busy team, and to work on a huge variety of commercial sites. The right candidate would be working on both reactive and project jobs, so will need to be able to think on their feet and work independently at times.Duties include:Commercial Plumbing Installations Mappress Systems and Soldered Copper Pipe across a variety of commercial sitesInstallation of Sanitaryware in various propertiesInstallation of first and second fix pipeworkInstallation of all hydronic systemsAbove ground drainage installations and repairBasic multi trade skills such as tiling can be required from time to timeCompetitive packageCompany Van and Fuel CardOngoing training28 Days Holiday (including bank holidays)Requirements

Full clean current driving license.A trade specific minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalentMust be able to show evidence of other secondary skillsTravelling to customer sitesCommunicating with customers and advising on repair optionsTaking a sensible approach to HandSCommunicating with Estimators, Site Supervisors and Customers to establish and cost jobsEnsure a polite customer focused approachEnsure work is carried out in a safe, efficient and tidy mannerWork as part of a team and be willing to support other operatives if requiredParticipating on our on call rotaCommercial Gas Qualifications highly desirable but not essentialAbout Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd
