This role focusses on reactive maintenance across campus buildings, helping ensure facilities remain safe, operational, and compliant for staff and students.This is a great opportunity for an experienced plumber who enjoys varied work in a professional, well-managed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out reactive plumbing works across the university estateRepair and maintain sanitary systems including toilets, sinks, baths, and tapsDiagnose and resolve leaks, blockages, and general plumbing faultsReplace or repair fixtures, fittings, valves, and associated pipeworkRespond promptly to maintenance issues to minimise disruption on siteFollow all health and safety procedures and site regulationsComplete job reports and maintain accurate maintenance recordsRequirementsNVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum) or equivalentProven experience in reactive maintenance or similar environmentsAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of health and safety practicesReliable, punctual, and professional with a customer focused approach.What''s on Offer£21 per hour (Umbrella)Monday to Friday working hoursNo ..... full job details .....
