This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumber (Mech Eng-Building Services) to join an established Estates team, providing essential operational and technical support across a live environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service continuity, compliance and engineering standards across a varied property portfolio. Your new roleAs a Plumber(mech-eng), you will provide professional engineering support across planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor management, asset management and minor works delivery. Working closely with internal stakeholders, term service contractors and specialist subcontractors, you will ensure mechanical systems remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.Key responsibilities will include:Providing mechanical technical support and engineering advice across maintenance and operational activities.Supporting the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.Managing contractor and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance and service excellence.Supporting statutory compliance activities relating to HVAC, LPHW systems, domestic water services, ventilation systems and mechanical plant.Undertaking condition surveys, asset inspections and life cycle assessments.Producing technical specifications, scopes of work, reports and ..... full job details .....
