This is an excellent opportunity to work within a secure and rewarding environment, carrying out essential maintenance and repair works across the prison estate.As part of the facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, ensuring the safe and effective operation of water systems and associated services throughout the site. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing repairs. Diagnose and repair faults on a range of plumbing systems. Install, maintain, and replace pipework, fixtures, and fittings. Undertake repairs to water systems, sanitary ware, and drainage systems. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations. Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately. Liaise with colleagues and prison staff to ensure works are completed efficiently. Participate in the weekend rota (1 in 3 weekends).
