Your new role We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join a responsive maintenance team responsible for the repair, maintenance and improvement of social housing properties throughout the region. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of plumbing and multi-skilled maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience in domestic maintenance and refurbishment environments.What you''ll need to succeed Key ResponsibilitiesPlumbing DutiesUndertake all plumbing work associated with the maintenance and refurbishment of housing stock.Install, repair and replace:Bathroom suites and wet roomsKitchens and associated plumbing servicesGeneral pipeworkHot water cylindersWater storage tanksRadiatorsSink units and worktop plumbing connectionsImmersion heatersShower trays and shower unitsComplete first and second fix plumbing installations.Diagnose faults and perform inspections of plumbing systems.Carry out repairs and replacements as required.Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations and industry best practice.Participate in emergency call-out rotas as required.Multi-Skilled Maintenance DutiesSuccessful applicants will be expected to undertake a range of maintenance tasks outside their primary trade where required, including:Basic plastering repairsJoinery worksPainting and decoratingNon-slip flooring repairsWall and floor tilingGeneral ..... full job details .....
