The successful candidate must possess the ability to work independently, undergo a mandatory DBS check, and clear a pre-commencement interview. The core focus is to deliver exceptional repair, and maintenance works in alignment with Statutory Regulations, safety frameworks (SHEQ), and company policies.Main Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs: Complete high-quality plumbing and multi-skilled fabric repairs efficiently to ensure first-time resolution during a single visit. Customer and Stakeholder Care: Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting positively with clients, residents, and local stakeholders daily. KPI and Team Support: Proactively assist the wider maintenance team in achieving operational performance targets and contract KPIs. Asset and Tech Compliance: Responsibly operate internal communication systems, personal protection equipment, and the company''s vehicle tracking system. Reporting and Admin: Accurately log written or electronic site documentation, including job records and time monitoring logs, to support accurate costing and payroll tracking.
