I am ideally looking for someone with experience of working within social housing sector and either be timeserved or have a relevant qualification in plumbing. This role will involve: All aspects of plumbing maintenance Installing WC pans, showers, baths and basin Diagnose and repair plumbing issues Repair toilet systems and taps Carrying out surrounding works such as boxing in pipe work Dealing with tenants on a daily basis so candidates must have a high level of customer service.
