Job Title: Plumber - 1st and 2nd Fix (Student Accommodation)Location: BirminghamStart Date: ASAPJob Type: Temporary (with potential for ongoing work)About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team on a busy student accommodation project in Birmingham. The role will involve both 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work as part of a fast-paced new build/refurbishment environment.Key Responsibilities:Carrying out 1st fix installations (pipework, soil stacks, etc.)Completing 2nd fix work (sinks, toilets, showers, etc.)Working to site plans and ensuring all work meets current building and safety standardsLiaising with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth progressRequirements:Proven experience with both 1st and 2nd fix plumbingValid CSCS cardRelevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ/City and Guilds or equivalent)Own tools and PPEAbility to work independently and as part of a teamImmediate availabilityIf you are interested please apply here. ..... full job details .....
