Responsibilities: Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps. Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
