Salary: -24.00 per hour

A Plumber is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.

Daily responsibilities:

• Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Completing associated multi-trade works where required
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
• Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs

Requirements of a Plumber Multi-Trade:

• Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence
• Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience
