Role Overview:
The successful candidate will carry out plumbing work as part of planned bathroom refurbishments in tenanted properties. Ideally, you''ll bring multi-skilled experience - particularly in tiling - to assist with full bathroom installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing on bathroom installations

• Complete bathroom rip-outs and refits

• Multi-skilled tasks such as tiling where required

• Working to high standards in occupied homes

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

• Proven experience in bathroom installations, ideally within social housing

• CSCS card

• Full UK driving licence

• Tiling or other multi-trade skills highly desirable
