LOCATION:Preston based company - travel across the UK

PACKAGE: -15/-16/hour, van/fuelcard, company mobile phone, uniform, and specialist tools, overtime rates at time and a 3rd, Pension

JOB INFORMATION - Plumber - commercial

• The position is a mobile role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical/plantroom ppm and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves, boosters etc
• There will also be bathroom installations in newly construced or refurshed properties such as care homes or apartment blocks.
• This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of a new contract. You will be covering the Uk so some staying away

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Plumber - commercial

• The ideal Plumber will have experience of working on mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with good knowledge and hands on experience with HVAC, mechanical and plantroom installation service and maintenance
• The ideal candidate will also be familliar and cofirmable installing bathrooms in refurbished on newly constructed properties such as apartment blocks and care homes.
• Experience and knowledge of plumb ing installation, maintenance and site compliance will be essential along with the ability to change/diagnose valves/strainers/pumps/pressurisation units/pressure vessels/install new pipework and heating systems etc
• Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long-term opportunity, additional training would also be offered for the right candidate such as commercial gas qualifications
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
• We are looking for someone who is honest and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customer on site
