Plumber

Plumber - I am currently looking for a Plumber to join a small team working on a hotel upgrade in Nottingham, starting from Monday 1st September. The project includes all plumbing upgrades within hotel rooms.

Specification for the Plumber below :-

First Fix

• Isolate Bathroom
• Remove Riser
• Remove Pan and retain
• Remove bath
• Remove and retain old mixing taps

Second Fix

• Fit New Riser and Shower Head
• New Toilet Seat
• New Bath Waste
• Refit Pan on new connector
• Refit mixing taps onto new bath

The rate of pay for the Plumber is £300 per room, and current Plumbers on the project are completing 15 - 20 fixes per week at £150 per fix. There is also an additional £25 paid per vanity unit replacement. This contract is expected to run for 6 weeks. You will require an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent and a CSCS card.
