Plumber

We are looking for an experienced commercial Plumber, to work on an office refurbishment in the centre of Manchester.
 
HOURLY RATE : £25.00 per hour - CIS
 
LOCATION : Manchester, M2
 
DATE COMMENCING : starts first week in April
 
LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 2 - 3 months
 
HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am - 16:30pm
· Book 9 hours per day
 
JOB DESCRIPTION : Plumber - Commercial
 
My client has a office refurbishment to complete. As a Plumber, your main duties will be to plumb in toilets on several floors and have experience in above waste ground systems. There are also kitchens to fit, hot and cold areas, again on different floors.
 
REQUIREMENTS : Plumber - Commercial
 
· CSCS Skills card
· PPE and Tools
· Previous commercial experience
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION : Plumber - Commercial
 
· Can read a drawing
· Can communicate effectively with others already on site, and follow instructions
· Can work the full 45hours each week
· Can get to work ok every day
 
Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Marvel Payroll, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
