Plumber

Plumber - I am currently looking for a Plumber to join a small team working on a hotel upgrade in-York, starting from Monday 8th-September. The project includes all plumbing upgrades within hotel rooms.

Specification for the Plumber below :-

First Fix

• Isolate room
• Cut Pipes ready to be stripped out
• Amend Soil Pipe
• Amend Pipes
• Fit new shower tray to base made by others
• Locate all pipes as required

Second Fix

• Connect all pipes
• Fit Toilet pan, seat etc, Sink Taps, Shower, Riser
• Connect AC Condense

The rate of pay for the Plumber is400-per room, and current Plumbers on the project are completing 10-12-fixes per week at -200-per fix. There is also an additional -25 paid per vanity unit replacement. This contract is expected to run for 6 weeks. You will require an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent and a CSCS card.
