Plumber

I''m looking for a Plumber for a project in Social Housing Properties in Coventry. This is an ongoing contract for the next 6 months

The Plumber will be expected to:

• 1st fix plumbing on one property (install toilet, bath & sink)
• 2nd fix on one property (connect shower & towel rail)
• Take out toilet and re-connect once floor has been laid by another operative

Ideally I''m looking to speak to a Plumber that has:

• Experience in social housing properties
• Plumbing 1st & 2nd fix experience

The Plumber will NOT be expected too:

• Lay flooring
• Aqua boarding
• Other trades such as (Tiling, Gas, Electric, Carpentry)

And in return, the plumber will receive:

• -300 per day
• Ongoing work
