Plumber

Plumber - I am currently looking for a Plumber to join a small team working on a hotel upgrade in Salisbury, starting from Monday 11th August. The project includes all plumbing and electrical upgrades within hotel rooms.

Specification for the Plumber below :-

First Fix

• Isolate Bathroom
• Remove Riser
• Remove Pan and retain

Second Fix

• Fit New Riser and Shower Head
• New Toilet Seat
• New Bath Waste
• Refit Pan on new connector

The rate of pay for the Plumber is -150 per room, and current Plumbers on the project are completing 15 - 20 rooms per week. There is also an additional -25 paid per vanity unit replacement. This contract is expected to run for the next 3-4 weeks. You will require an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent and a CSCS card.
