Plumber required to work as soon as possible with a housing association. This hands-on role will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs on tenanted social housing properties. Van provided.
Contract type: Agency until the end of December 2025
Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30
Location: Based in Rochford, Essex and supporting the wider area
Pay rate: -1920
Main duties - Carry out second fix plumbing repairs such as: exchange of taps, fixing of any leaks, changing out radiators, sinks and basins.
What skills and experience we are looking for:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Relevant NQV or City&Guilds accreditation
