Key Responsibilities Carrying out remedial plumbing works in accordance with water hygiene regulations Installation, maintenance, and repair of hot and cold water systems Dead leg removals and pipework modifications TMV servicing, replacement, and installation Tank inspections, modifications, and remedial works Cylinder replacements and upgrades Identifying and rectifying system non-compliances Completing accurate job reports and compliance documentation Supporting with basic PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks as required Ensuring all works are completed in line with current legislation and company standards Essential Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (Level 3 highly desirable) Proven experience in remedial plumbing and water hygiene works Full UK Driving Licence Strong understanding of plumbing systems and water regulations Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required Desirable Qualifications G3 Unvented Hot Water Certification (strongly preferred) RPZ Valve Tester Accreditation (advantageous but not essential) Experience within commercial or healthcare environments ..... full job details .....
