We are recruiting a Plumber to join our team in Capenhurst, Chester!Role SummaryEnsure that routine maintenance is carried out to all Heating and Air-conditioning plantEnsure that Evaporation Cooling Systems and Domestic water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 standard.Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to other site plant as required.Ensure a professional image of CBRE Managed Services is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times. The successful candidate will be a Mechanical Plumber who is proficient in various disciplines, capable of handling a range of maintenance and repairs on-site. Their responsibilities include performing inspections, diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, conducting repairs across different systems, and ensuring smooth operations on site.Hours7.30am - 4.30pmMonday to Thursday1.30pm Finish on FridaysQualifications and ExperienceExperience of maintaining Pumps, Motors and Valves.Experience of operating Cooling Towers.Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activities.Time served plumber to NVQ Level 2/3 For more information ..... full job details .....
