Plumber Multi East London Salary: £40,674 per annum Full-Time: Permanent Van and Fuel card provided 31 days annual leave (includes 8 bank holidays) Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Plumber to join their maintenance team.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber to carry out a range of installation, repair, and maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality plumbing services while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipeworkDiagnose faults and carry out effective repairsComplete planned and reactive maintenance worksConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceWork closely with other trades and contractors on projectsEnsure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standardsComplete job records and maintain excellent customer service standardsRequirements:NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)Valid CSCS CardProven experience within a plumbing maintenance or repairs roleStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsAbility to read technical drawings and specificationsFull UK Driving LicenceExcellent communication and customer service skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation offering a stable position, competitive salary, and varied workload ..... full job details .....
