Plumber

Experienced Plumber required on void social housing maintenance works in Swindon for a very busy, reliable and well liked maintenance contractor.
 

This is a Temp to Perm role so you will be required to complete a 12 week temporary assignment before being moved into the permanent post. 
The rate will be a per hour match to the salary.
 

40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm

Plumber Day to Day:

• Work in void social housing properties 
• You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of plumbing maintenance
• Installing bathrooms, sinks, baths, WHB. 
• Working alongside other trades to get properties ready for the next tenant
• Travelling to various jobs in the company van
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress

Plumber Requirements:

• Good plumbing experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Access to own Van
• DBS will be carried out
• Asbestos awareness / Working at heights
